See a doctor : Are you coughing up blood or you have blood in your nasal secretions ? You need further work up if blood coming from the lungs, chest x ray, etc.If it is in your nasal secretions a course of antibiotics for sinusitis might bd needed. The best thing is to see a doctor and have an exam in the office. Please dot smoking.
