Fall: A fall on the head can often cause a hematoma, which is a collection of blood underneath the skin. If it was a fall from a low height, it is unlikely to cause damage. Watch for loss of consciousness, vomiting or behavior change. If you notice anything unusual, have him reassessed. All the best.
