Had a hip replacement oct 31st. two weeks later tested covid. so have a double whammy of recovery. so fatqiued feel all nervous shakey. is this normal for recovery?

Yes, those clinical events are more than enough to wear you down and it takes time for a 75 year-old patient to recover. You should concentrate on the physical therapy until you are full ambulatory. The latest infection of omicron variant is less likely causing long covid syndrome.

Fatigue by this time is to be expected. Two weeks of significant bedrest can cause loss of muscle tone of muscles of upright posture and walking and attendant fatigue. Physical therapy, massage, Sunlight, Vit D & C can all help to regain function and reduce fatigue. Primary doctors can check blood tests to make sure all is well in that area (red blood, thyroid etc).
