Evaluation for inflammation may also include a panel of inflammatory markers, white blood cell count and differential. If your joints are swollen and painful, autoimmune disease should be considered. Imaging of the joints that are most involved may be considered. When did your symptoms begin in relation to the vaccination? Watch for shortness of breath. cough, and please follow up with your PCP
