Can arnica cream be used on left and right arm muscles at the same time or just one at a time? it also says can be used up to 3 times. would that count as using it twice or once? if its warm or hot does that mean its working?

Arnica may be used on multiple locations several times per day if it is helpful for you. The sensation of warmth is not unique to this therapy and is not required to obtain benefit.

You can apply to both arms several time a day. Your feeling of warmness when applying does not mean the cream effective. It is effective if your your pain is improved after using it for at least a day or two.
