Can arnica cream be used on left and right arm muscles at the same time or just one at a time? it also says can be used up to 3 times. would that count as using it twice or once? if its warm or hot does that mean its working?

You can apply to both arms several time a day. Your feeling of warmness when applying does not mean the cream effective. It is effective if your your pain is improved after using it for at least a day or two.
