If she was vaccinated before any exposure to these strains, she may have some protection from acquiring the warts. No vaccine is 100% protective, and no vaccine will prevent someone who had previous exposure from developing or having recurrence of these warts.

What vaccine did she get? Did the vaccine cover strains 6 and 11, if yes, she will test positive for antibodies to these strains.
