I am hpv vaccinated and i know it covers 90% of strains that cause warts. do a lot of women still get warts even vaccinated?

"A lot"? No. Does it happen? Yes. Warts sometimes result from HPV types not covered by the vaccine; and some people have been infected with HPV 6/11 (the two that cause most warts) before they were vaccinated, and get warts when the infection recurs. All in all, vaccinated women have a lot less chance of genital warts than non-vaccinated.
