Hi im sick with a low grade fever and my throat hurts badly and bright red im not sure if i have spots that are red but it looks like it and cant stop coughing runny nose chills and my low grade fever keeps going up?

You have a viral upper respiratory infection either with influenza or covid-19. You can take nyquil cold and flu for those symptoms. You should isolate yourself for at least 5 days since the first day with symptom(s).
