Can i fly (3.5 hrs) with pericarditis? been diagnosed in nov, took ibuprofen, flew after the diagnosis and was fine but i now have daily chest pain (only symptom), which i didnt have before, hence why asking. not sure if i still have pericarditis?

If you had pericarditis and now have a new chest pain you need to be evaluated right away. There is nothing about flying that will affect an existing pericarditis except for the lack of access to immediate medical care which in the context of chest pain could be inconsequential, fatal, or anywhere in between. Go to your doctor or the ER today and get this chest pain diagnosed.
