Hi. i was diagnosed with mild pericarditis in february. i take colchicine and ibuprofen and still have stabbing chest pain. ldl: 115, non-hdl cholesterol : 133, hs-crp: 9, apo b : 105, apo b/a1 ratio: 0.83 and ige: 519. what might be the cause?
