Pericarditis: Discuss with your doctor. Pericarditis can be relapsing and problematic. We need to seek to find an underlying inflammatory process if it is happening.

Way too long: Something is not right here. No one should have pericarditis for more than a few months without a more permanent solution being tried. You don't mention a chronic additional condition which is causing the pericarditiis. Anyway, you should not be on all of these antiinflammatory meds for this long for this reason. See a new doctor. Think about a surgical option.
