A QTc of 47 is impossible. Presumably you mean either 0.47 seconds or 470 miliseconds which is at the high end of the normal range for females. However it's not possible to make a meaningful assessment of the heart with a isolated QTc out of context. It shoul;d only be considered as part of the entire EKG with knowledge of the medical history and medications taken.

Your QTc of .47 is within normal limits for your age and gender. Women tend to have slower repolarization of the heart's ventricles than men but faster heart rates.
