LBBB: Left bundle branch block is a sign that the there has been a disruption to the electrical pathway to the left side of your heart. Most commonly seen in someone who has had a heart attack, but other reasons possible. Do you need a cardiologist? Are you having symptoms of chest pain, sob, fatigue? If so then you should see a cardiologist. However, if not treatment is healthy lifestyle.
