No. All T wave "abnormalities" are of no significance unless accompanied by clinical symptoms that are significant and the ECG shows abnormalities. Not knowing the patient's age and clinical findings add to the difficulty of interpretation. If you are still concerned, please discuss with your doctor. All the ECG findings are within the normal range.

When we interpret an EKG we don't put much attention on the overall T wave axis, but we place emphasis on the T wave morphology in relation to the QRS morphology especially in limb leads 1,2 AVL and chest leads V5 & V6. In this way we may declare there are T wave abnormalities which are still nonspecific or nondiagnostic as has been pointed out in the previous answer.
