I have been diagnosed with a small hydroceles and varicoceles. i also been having problems with keeping and erection can this be the things that cause it and is it dangerous? what should i do im only 22?

Both those conditions do not cause erection problems and are not dangerous. Just make sure that these diagnoses are made by a Urologist as varicoceles on both sides is rare. Lead a normal life and you should be fine
