If i have varicocele and hydrocele and i go to the gym, can creatine be bad and do i have less chances to have one day kids ?

No connection: I would see no concern about the use of creatine with a history of varicocele or hydrocele. However, i'm cautious about the use of creatine in general because, but allowing muscle to "work out" longer, it may be too strong for your tendons and increase the risk of injury. Remember, there are no good short cuts. Working hard and well is the best approach.
