A ekg from my apple watch shows normal sinus rhythm but i feel a heart skip and catch up and it did show something on the strip? it looks like a prinzmetal angina but not sure heart rate is 71 and bp was 134/76? i do have a photo of the occurrence?

I'm 22year old female. I had my echo and ecg done due to shortness of breath on exertion and high heart rate. Ecg shows sinus tachycardia(HR 129bpm). Echo are all normal except mild MR, mild TR/mild PAH with RVSP 45mmhg. Is mild PAH causing symptoms?
