A member asked:

Came across endosee advance. i only have one small uterine polyp to remove. is local anesthesia needed? or is it easy to do like a sonohysterogram?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hysterography is usually done for intrauterine visualization for polyp removal, and the hysteroscope is larger than the cannula used for hysterography, so a local anesthetic may be a good idea.
