Are there nerve endings in a uterine polyp? if i had endosee hysteroscopy without local anesthesia of any kind would i feel the polyp removal?

It is not the nerve supply of polyp that would be an issue but the sensation of an instrument being passed through the cervix and it may cause some discomfort.
