D;C findings : The black tarry is most likely a thick clot that was old in the uterus, removed during the d;c.

See ur OB/GYN: To make sure that all the contents were removed during the dc, if you have anything residually remaining, that's now being released/expelled, then you need to make sure that everything's been to clear the remaining d ; c contents. You may need have do another procedure for your doctor to visualize that the lining is intact, and that everything is fine. May be old blood/tissue.
