When i wipe there is a yellow stain on the toilet paper but the urine is not yellow. i do have congestive heart failure and have been feeling dizzy foggy palpatations, legs weakness. and sometimes feel like i will faint or pass out?

Yesterday i was working and out of the blue i had a heart palpitation. It felt like my heart slowed down or stopped and i got light headed and dizzy. I felt faint. It lasted for like 5 seconds and went back to normal. Should i go to the hospital?
