Curious. can you still develop antibodies if you're given an antibiotic for a bacterial infection? or does the immune system become "lazy"? i understand that the immune system is a complicated thing, but i hope it's not making my immune system lazy?

Antibiotic treatment of a bacterial infection will not interfere with the immune response to infection. Antibiotics do not make the immune system "lazy". For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
