Nope, won't work: Cephalexin (Keflex) is not recommended or reliable for any STDs. A large dose might work against gonorrhea, but not necessarily. It would not work at all against chlamydia, nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) in men, or cervicitis in women. And not reliable against syphilis but still would interfere with testing for it. If you think you have an STD or exposed, get proper exam, testing, and treatment.
