I went friday the 9th with chest pains ekg showed borderline rvh/s1q3t3/cxray clear. went back to the er on the 13th and they did d dimer test because was worried about pe. d dimer negative. can this all be anxiety? 20 y/r old. ra & sjogren's?

We would like more description of those chest pains. Back in the 1950's this McGinn White description of S1 Q3 T3 was a 12 lead EKG finding that was felt to be suggestive of an acute pulmonary embolism. Nowadays we perform scans when we're concerned about a PE. Chest pains have varied causes but before we conclude anxiety is the problem we have to rule.out serious issues. Your MD will advise you.
