Visited my gyno, my ultrasound showed 0.98 early intrauterine (gestational sac no baby) pregnancy corresponding to 4 weeks 5 days on the 22nd january. how far along am i really? could you explain when i conceived? should i be seeing my fetus in sac?

Need more info: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, you may also get blood test for HCG level and repeat the test in 2-3 days to check for rising HCG. Wish you good health!
