A member asked:

Does facet arthropathy, polyarthritis, cause pain in the groin area?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Facet arthropathy is osteoarthritis of the spine and usually causes pain in the spine, if at all. Groin pain (if it is from arthritis) usually originates from the hip. Remember that there are other causes of groin pain such as hernia, ligament pain, etc.
