They would be safe together. However, it is unusual to need both of them at the same time. If you are treating yourself, just don't: see your doctor. If prescribed by two different heatlh care providers, discuss with at least one of them. If both from the same doctor, make sure s/he realizes you have been advised to take both antibiotics.
