I was born with one kidney. the other never developed. i am reading about glands right now for my nasm, and it mentioned that we have two adrenal glands above the kidneys. does that mean i only have one gland?

No The adrenals and the kidneys are seprate and develop from two different tissues in the embryo. So absence of one kidney atbirth does not mean absence of adrenal on that side
