What are the symptoms of kidney cysts or adrenal gland tumors?

Most times no sympto: Kidney cysts have no symptoms and are benign adrenal tumors most of the time are symptomless and non cancerous.Rarely there is adrenal cortex carcinoma and need treatment, it is quite rare.Can cause pain, treatment may include surgery, chemotherapy and/or radiation.
