Hello can blood on stool be the only symptom of colorectal cancer in your 30s? my dr told me its highly unlikely is he correct? i have no pain just occasional blood and itch after bowel movement?

Colorectal cancer may cause blood in the stool but it is not as common as hemorrhoids which you probably have. There are more causes of blood in the stool; and it would be nice if you absolutely do not trust your doctor to seek second opinion.
