My question would be where in your urinary tract (kidneys to outlet), the infection is present. From the side pain it suggests a high in the tract-kidneys and or ureters, Having a UTI doesn't mean cancer, it just means a UTI. Please discuss your fears with the doc who knows all factors of your case.

Klebsiella is a kind of bacteria causing infection and has no relation to any cancer. Drink plenty of water, keep genital area clean and you will be just fine.
