I do not think those MRI non specific findings are related to your symptoms. However, you deserve to be evaluated by a neurologist if you have never seen one.

The white matter lesions are nonspecific and nondiagnostic. These are found in smokers, migraine, prior head injury, microvascular angiopathy, aging, prior use of recreational drugs, and demyelinating diseases. Your symptoms could be due to spinal cord issues, but alternatively, might be secondary to peripheral nerve problems. Agree that a full neurological evaluation is in order.
