Non specific: This must be interpreted in light of the clinical picture. Migraine, clinically isolated syndrome, MS and normal finding ( Virchow Robin Spaces around small arteries ) are in the differential as well as vascular disease ( vasculitis) . It may have nothing to do with your numbness ( you mention pinched nerve) and there is no mention of a parietal lobe lesion or capsular lesion on the right.

Usually not : In my practice, these are usually observed but are not diagnostic. I am guessing you CT myelogram was negative.

It depends: Usually these types of findings are nonspecific, and most likely age related. They are generally asymptotic and there is no treatment. Occasionally they are a sign of other disorders, so speak to your physician to decide whether there is any follow up needed.
