Brain mri said there are several scattered foci of nonspecific supratentorial white matter t2/flair signal abnormality. what does this indicate, and should i see neurologist? i'm a 48yr old female?

MRI is indeed nondiagnostic, and the findings can be correlated with migraine, smoking, prior head trauma, microvascular angiopathy, recreational drugs, vasculitis, even multiple sclerosis. If your symptoms have defied explanation to date, a neurologist might be useful in uncovering causation.
