My brain mri states: a few scattered foci of t2 hyperintensity involving the supratentorial white matter, with differential considerations as above. i had this mri done because i fell down the stairs. what dose the results mean?

It's impossible to tell without knowing much more detail about the injury and/or seeing the MRI itself. Imaging and pathology reports are written mostly for doctors and documentation in the medical record, not the patient. Look at the conclusion or diagnosis information, usually at the bottom of the report. And discuss with your doctor. Good luck.
