I had lumbal puncture 6 weeks ago. since then i have tinnitus. i was told wait until it dissapears on its own. had a blood patch with no result. also visited otolaringologist with no result. will it go away on its own? before i had no problem hearing?

What was the indication for lumbar puncture? I just want to know if tinnitus is associated with the primary condition or it is a complication of the LP because blood patch often relieves the tinnitus within days.
