Tinnitus can be a very rare complication of a lumber puncture. If it is not too bad waiting is one thing you can do and hope it will go away- it might. If not you should consult a neurologist. Hope you feel better

The post-lumbar puncture headache is gone, and there is no rationale to for a blood patch or medication at this point. The persistent tinnitus could be an early sign of hearing loss and a visit to an otolaryngologist would be likely of value.
