Never use abbreviations in medical communications. As you can see they can be deadly. Ask the dr who read the biopsy or maybe your regular dr to translate.

One possibility will be severe aplastic anemia, diagnosis typically made with the help of a bone marrow biopsy. However, it needs to be clarified with hematologist, who would be able to discuss a treatment plan as well.
