Prussian blue stains highlight storage iron. no ring sideroblasts are appreciated. this note from bone marrow biopsy, does it mean i have anemia, or does it mean anything bad at all? how can i share entire biopsy here or do i need to be paid member?

The bone marrow must be interpreted with knowing you and your problems. You can do video consult and upload the results for one of team to interpret. I would recommend signing up for or VPC program where you see the same Dr. every time if you do.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. A bone marrow biopsy doesn't necessarily diagnose anemia but is done to determine the cause if anemia. A peripheral blood count is the way we diagnose anemia. You don't have sideroblastic anemia,which is rare. That's about all we learn from your limited report.
