Be afraid: As i cardiologist, myself, i would warn you to watch out! no, seriously - you'll be asked a bunch of questions, be examined, and possibly asked to have some baseline testing done like an echocardiogram, chest x-ray, and/or blood work. There's really nothing to fear!

Depends: Do you have a heart condition or strong family history of early heart disease? You can expect a detailed medical history discussion with emphasis on heart and circulation topics, maybe an ekg, maybe a cardiac ultrasound study, maybe an exercise stress test, maybe blood cholesterol testing. It all depends on the reason you are seeing a cardiologist at 28 years of age.
