What is the average followup times to see a cardiologist on a yearly basis, if i've had 4 previous heart attacks? (3, 6 or 12 months)

Every 3 months: with this history, make sure you are taking your medications regularly, known of warning signs of an attack, work on secondary prevention: controlling blood sugar, lipids and blood pressure. Your Cardiologist would direct you better when you keep your follow ups, s/he may want to see you less frequently later if matters are stable, best wishes

Follow up: Follow up intervals depend on patient specific variables. You need to discuss your specific status with your doctor.
