My sister has hs-crp value 7 which is indicating high risk she also has pre-diabetes average blood glucose 125 mg/dl can one month of pre-diabetes cause hs-crp to rise this much or it is high due to something else?

It doesn't take much to increase hsCRP. If your sister had a cough, a cold, an infection, the hsCRP could increase. Do not be distracted by this number instead of addressing diet and exercise and management of weight.
