A member asked:

I have been diagnosed with a lbbb but yesterday had an ecg and the results said "nonspecific intraventricular block has replaced lbbb. minimal criteria for anterior infarct are now present." is this better or worse? 50 yr old female?

That electronic reading is commonly seen and the significance of those findings needs to be based on your medical history, especially cardiovascular health. If you are at risk of coronary heart disease by risk factors (family history, social history, history of hypertension or dyslipidemia, etc.) and you have cardiac symptoms such as chest pain, dyspnea, etc. those findings could be significant.

Really need to see all ECGs and you to be able to interpret. Different placment of electrodes can affect recording between visits. Same person put them on both times. Same machine? Any new meds between? Had you just eaten before one and not the other. Ask local Dr who knows these details. If you have not told them then do so.
