Clinical correlation: Basically your ECG likely shows low voltage in the anterior precordial leads, which may be secondary to left ventricular hypertrophy, anterior infarct pattern, or secondary to body habitus. SO since your have had an echocardiogram and a CT angiogram, both of these tests would be able to corroborate if ECG is consistent with "anterior infarct" or not, I suggest u ask ur cardiologist to correlate.
