LBBB: Lbbb most often occurs in patients with underlying heart disease. However, LBBB can also be seen in asymptomatic patients with a structurally normal heart. Echocradiogram as well as a cardiology or electrophysiology consultation is recommended. Keep a copy of the ECG in your purse or wallet at all times.

Requires follow up: Lbbb is an unusual finding in a normal heart, and requires further testing and follow up. At the very least, you should undergo an echocardiogram. If normal, it should be repeated every 5 years or so. An exercise stress test and a 24 hour holter monitor may also be appropriate, but are not mandatory. You should see a cardiologist.
