Yes, there is a good chance she is protected. That said, if you have HPV with warts, you should be treated. Men can also get certain types of cancer from HPV.

Even the Quad HPV vaccine covers HPV strains that usually cause genital warts and you wife is protected. You should get HPV vaccine to prevent infection with other strains of HPV.

80% of HPV is from strains, 16, or 18. and the vaccines given cover for this. There are other strains such as,31, 33, 45, 52, and 58 that one can contract. At the moment she is protected from the most common strains, but not all. Consult your PCP for advice.
