If my wife is hpv vaccinated and i have hpv with warts over 2 years now and she hasnt gotten any is there a good chance she is protected?

Yes, she is protected -- probably both from the vaccine and her immune system responding to exposure to your warts. She still needs routine pap smears according to standard advice, but probably will never get warts.

Agree with Dr. H. You should also get HPV vaccine to protect yourself against more serious strains of HPV.
