Pea sized lump lower left stomach. felt when i tense my lower abdominal/pelvic muscles and it rolls. slight niggling sensation in this area. pelvic ultrasound last month it was normal. ca125 is slightly raised. worried its cancer?

What you described is unlikely to be cancer. You may feel the "lump" every couple of weeks, if it doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates or other other lumps develop, see a doctor.;
