I started getting upper arm muscle pain and then discovered a pea size lump in my arm that i think is causing the pain. it seems fixed and firm. dr didnt quite know what it was and may have me get an ultrasound. what could it be?

Lipoma: Just a guess of a fatty tumor (lipoma), 99% benign. However, listen to your treating doc and get the ultrasound or other diagnostics for accuracy and peace of mind.
