Hard to say/depends,: It's hard to say what it could be without more information. It depends on where the lumps are in the abdomen, how long they've been there, and what other history you've got, if any. If you've got no diseases, and normal labs it's highly unlikely they're anything. If you're still worried it's a good idea to see your doctor for an exam, tests, and possible referral. Best of luck.
